  20. If one starts learning programming from scratch╕ I believe Pascal
  21. is better than C.  It is originally developed for teaching
  22. programming╕ C was developed for professional programmers to
  23. develope the Unix system.  I don't say that C is a bad choice╕
  24. only that it's next to best.  If you don't have the slightest
  25. idea of what programming is╕ choose Pascal╕ otherwise C.
